Article 1 - Acceptance of the Terms

1.1 - The purchase of applications on QuizVDS.it automatically implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 2 - Consumer Rights and Refunds

2.1 - The consumer has the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the art. 64 and following of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206).

2.2 - After the 14th day from the date of purchase, it will no longer be possible to request a refund according to Italian law. This is a right recognized by the legislator to guarantee consumer protection, but which must be exercised within the period established by law.

2.3 - We therefore recommend that you carefully evaluate the applications purchased within the period of 14 days from the date of purchase, so that you can exercise your right of withdrawal, if necessary.

Article 3 - Applicable Italian Laws - Competent Court

3.1 - This contract is governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to its interpretation, execution or resolution, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile will be competent, if located in Italian territory, or the court of Milan.

Article 4 - Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 - All intellectual property rights on the applications sold on QuizVDS.it are reserved and belong exclusively to the owner of the same. The purchase of an application does not give the user any intellectual property rights.

Article 5 - Conclusion of the Sales Contract - Retention of Title

5.1 - The sales contract is concluded at the time of purchase of the application. However, we reserve ownership of the application until the price has been paid in full.

5.2 - In case of non-payment or partial payment, we reserve the right to revoke permission to use the application and to take legal action necessary to protect our interests.

6.1 - Our Terms and Conditions of Sale have been drawn up in compliance with Italian laws in order to guarantee a correct and transparent purchasing experience.
