AvioDesk is the portal we provide to flight schools and flying clubs. On one side there is student training, with exam simulations and up to date questions; on the other, depending on the plan you choose, everything the school does day to day: flight scheduling, fleet and administration. One place, instead of scattered spreadsheets and paper registers.

Every student with their own account

Each enrolled student gets their own credentials and profile. You set the exams: pick the subjects of the course, how many questions and how much time. The student then has the full simulation for a real test of where they stand, the quick test for the gaps between lessons, and a run on a single subject when one topic needs work. If they close the browser halfway through, the test is still there when they come back.

Knowing how it is going, before the exam

A single score says little. From the dashboard you see how many simulations each student has done and how they move over time: where they go wrong most often, what they should go back to, and a forecast of how they would do in the real thing. You choose which indicators to keep an eye on, so you look at what matters to your school.

The school stays yours, online too

The portal carries your name and your visual identity: to the students it is the school's platform, not an outside supplier's. And the plans are chosen around what you actually need, from training alone up to full management of flights and administration.
